Reporting to the Managing Partner and Owner, the new Managing Consultant will be responsible for his/her ability to generate new sales focusing on revenue and ensuring smooth service introductions and launches by coordinating the sales effort. The new incumbent will develop a strategy to achieve targeted growth, service and financial objectives, including targets for the penetration of new accounts. The successful candidate will assist in establishing, within the North American marketplace, the recognition and acknowledgment that Couch & Associates is the solutions provider of choice for Marketing Automation and Management Consulting. The new incumbent will develop account strategies and provide the necessary direction, guidance, leadership and support to the operations and delivery team in order to ensure alignment with and successful execution of those strategies. In addition to the selling responsibilities, the Managing Consultant will be responsible for developing the account plan and be responsible for delivery on all his/her projects ranging from coordination on smaller, less complicated assignments, to direct leadership responsibilities for strategic and/or large assignments. The strategy is to gain new clients and then grow those relationships by expanding the services that can be sold to that client. The Managing Consultant will be responsible for leading both the “capturing” and “growing or mining” activities and is expected to develop a strong understanding of the strategy and vision of Couch & Associates and to work with team members to establish a coordinated approach to drive growth in the business.
