3. SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms
By explicitly providing your phone number to Couch & Associates, you consent to the following terms regarding our mobile messaging program:
- Program Description: We may send text messages to you regarding appointment scheduling, project updates, account management, and customer support.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with us. We do not send unsolicited marketing blasts.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
